We returned from a few days out of town to find our garage door would not open. Unfortunately it was after hours and I had to leave to go out of town early the next morning. The call center made an appointment which was confirmed the next morning by the service professional. The problem was in the equipment. The service professional arrived on schedule, fixed the problem and reset the openers. He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and effective. My wife was extremely pleased with the service. I too am grateful to get five star service especially when I was out of town, bad weather was coming, and I was more than a bit panicked!

My garage door opener broke this morning. Precision was at my house at 4 and installed 2 very superior garage door openers. Michael the technician was throughly professional and the job was first rate. 2 years I had Precision install 2 new garage doors and the job was excellent. That is why we called them again.
