Customer service in scheduling the appointment was great; reps were friendly and patient and talked through various offers in the coupons we received in the mail. Sean was very polite and patient while I walked through pricing with my husband and then he took over and talked through it as well. Service was completed within an hour. That was amazing...perhaps born out of his experience and training. I watched him working...he worked with such precision...no wonder the name of the company...he was like a precision machine. My technician was George and he was extremely helpful. He explained to me what the issue was with my door and after I came out of the shock of the cost of $640 he answered all my questions. It was a Sunday and not only was he prompt but he made sure everything was cleaned up in my garage. He also went above and beyond because he noticed that my garage door has a dark black line straight down the center which I have painted because it cannot be removed. He still took out the monkey grease and made an effort. It didn't work but I was impressed that he took the time to help with that. Good person that gives the company a good reputation.
