I bought a vinyl backed insulated door with a window panel. The product was well constructed which I would expect. The best part of the equation was the people. Jacky who did the scheduling was great to work with and George the installer was fantastic. This was definitely not his first rodeo and he was an expert. I will recommend Precision Door to anyone I meet how is considering a new garage door.

Great service, definitely worth the money. Love the fact that they have showroom where you can actually see products. Staff was very pleasant end explained every detail and answered all of my questions. I was able to schedule appointment within two days (any time/day I wanted). I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't plan on. They made few suggestions to avoid future malfunctioning/repairs so I did end up replacing springs and rollers in addition to opener installation and I'm glad I did, money well spend. It's certainly better quality product than what you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot which makes sense that it cost bit more. Entire installation took 2h, very impressive. I strongly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to install hew garage opener. Thank you George & Kelly

Shaun was very punctual, actually early. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Greased the chain drive because it needed it not because it was a way to charge more. Very satisfied and would definitely use again.

I saw you on Angie's list, and I had been thinking it was time to get our Overhead doors, serviced, so called your company first to get an idea of the real price for the 2nd door. They gave me an idea of the price, I checked old bills for last service 4 years ago and it was comparable, so I booked the time (today) then went back on line and bought the deal on Angie's list. I couldn't be happier, the doors once again run smoothly, Chase Dasilva , was professional, friendly and helped me re set one of the openers, I don't want to be climbing ladders!. Wow what an incredible experience! I found this company using Google at some late hour of night on Monday and they looked great, so I used the chat function but really wasn't expecting anyone to be available to talk. Well I was wrong! I received a response immediately and I was able to set up an appointment for Wednesday between 11am and 2pm with a promise that I'd receive a call when the technician was on his way. We've all heard this before, only to have to sit around waiting, and then the person may call at 1:45pm saying they're almost there, which means you've wasted almost 4 hours waiting, when you could've been doing something else. Well Tim called me about 10:15am, said he was on his way but a distance out yet, he'd be here approximately 11:30! He arrived on time, told me what needed to be done, gave my estimate, which was very reasonable and less than expected, and set up for my door to go up the next day! I received a call confirmation & 2 email confirmations. The next day Rick called me when he was on his way, he put up my door, did a fantastic job and this was the best Christmas gift EVER. The level of customer service was extraordinary, from beginning to end. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. They are simply awesome!

I was totally impressed with Precision Door Service. The technician who came out, Travis Plemmons, listened to my description of symptoms, watched the door go through an up-and-down cycle and then without touching anything, had me release the emergency latch and try to lift the door. I would have gotten it up but my wife wouldn’t have had a chance if we had a power outage or if the opener had failed.

Our garage door came off the track and we called Precision to come out and repair the door. They came out the same day, the technician George was very thorough in explaining what was wrong (spring and rollers), explained the different options we could go with, and answered all our questions. The door works great and even as a courtesy inspected and lubricated our other garage door while at our house.
