My garage door jammed just after I had purchased a door tune-up deal through Angie's List. Even though the job had changed, I had Precision Door come out to do the repair. The technician was very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. He was also a very nice man. the repair was done quickly and at a very good price. I couldn't be happier with the service or the results. Definitely a Five Star rating.

The installer had to come out three times b/c of not having the right parts. He could have said nothing and installed parts he had that were similar or "close enough", but he did not.
