Very professional, on time, did a very good job, made the warranty very clear. Doors look great. Just wish there were wider gaskets for the bottom of the doors for older homes who have a slope in the garage floor so it wouldn't leave a gap.

Searching the web looking for a company to repair my garage door, I came across Precision's web site and found it to be very informative and compelling. After looking at several other sites and then checking Precision's rating with the BBB, I decided to give them a try. They proved to be everything their web site claimed. Ed, the technician, arrived at the time he said he would and proved to be very knowledgeable. He explained the problem and the options available and let me make the decisions with absolutely no sales pressure from him. Once I selected the new springs and components to be used, Ed went right to work and completed the job in no time at all. All thru the process he explained what he was doing and why. Ed is a really good technician and a really nice and friendly person. I am extremely satisfied with the repair, with Ed and with Precision. Sean Scheiern performed the repair. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He educated me on the problem, made recommendations for the repair, and informed me of some other problems they would need to be addressed fairly soon if they were not done during the repair of the torsion spring. I went with his recommendations and my garage door is quieter than it has ever been. I am pleased with the service that I received. Great job by a good worker at a good company...I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the Atlanta area!

Travis Plemmons did an excellent job of fixing a garage door that was hanging when when it was opened and returned to put in new springs and a new motor in an old garage door. Brandon came out to do a tune up on old garage door. I half expected to get up-sold on some new springs and rollers but, in fact, Brandon said all that was needed at this time was some minor adjustments and lube; and the old wooden door is in pretty good shape for its age. I, admittedly, would like to get a a new door (only because I don't like the windows), but there was no pressure from Brandon to try to sell one. He gave me the price for new rollers and for a new door. I got a business card because I do plan on calling Precision again before the end of summer.

Precision door was able to make a timely appointment on Saturday afternoon. Al, the technician, was on time. He quickly sized up the problem and explained in detail what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate of cost. He completed the job sooner than I would have expected. He then came in and explained the repair work and went over the invoice. I was thrilled with the service and give them 5 stars!

I was very impressed with the prompt, professional, and excellent service today. Travis is a fantastic guy! He gave us various suggestions on fixing our garage door and in less than 30 minutes, he was done. Our broken, misaligned, dented, loose cable, roller-missing garage door was working perfectly and gliding smoothly and noiselessly like I never heard before. I am the original homeowner, and even when we bought the house brand new, the garage door had always been noisy and shaky. I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone I know. My experience with Precision Door Service was outstanding. The technician, Ed Davis, was completely professional and one of the easiest people to work with. Upon arrival he thoroughly investigated my issue and explained several possible solutions to fix my problem. I had previously spoken with another garage door company for an estimate to fix my problem. They only offered 2 solutions. Mr. Davis also explained the costs and how much time it would take to make changes. After reviewing all information given, my husband and I decided to go with your company on the spot. Mr. Davis was able to complete the work in exactly the amount of time he said he would and for the quoted price. Brandon (Roscoe) came out to do the repair of the opener we purchased a number of months back from Precision. He clearly explained what was going on and after a little testing he saw the problem I was having. He tried to repair (re-program) the unit but was having troubles with it, so he just replaced the whole unit with a new one. All this done in about an hour. What fast and courteous customer service. He even reprogrammed our van to work with the new opener. It is so comforting to know they stand back of their product.

I called on Sunday to make an appointment to have my garage door opener fixed. They made an appointment for Monday between 4:00 and 6:00. Travis Plemmons called a little after 4:00 to say he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous, and did a great job of fixing the problem. I would use Precision again.
