Precision was THE ONLY company who had a "live" person available to take my call at 6:00 a.m. The technician (Travis Plemmons) was here exactly when he said he would be and I'm thrilled with the service he provided. My garage door is working as well as it did when it was first installed many years ago. Travis was VERY professional and courteous. This company is an A++ rated company in my book! Outstanding!!

Excellent company - came out and gave me a reasonable estimate on two steel, insulated garage doors plus new garage door openers to replace outdated wooden doors that were nearly 30 years old and had been water damaged, and openers that were probably the same age. The garage is now secure, warmer, and the doors open with whisper-quiet operation. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job. I chose Precision because I used the same company in Denver before I relocated to Atlanta. This company will always have my business.

They responded to our call immediately and sent a technician the next day. The technician was on time (on a cold day with freezing rain when the power was out at his residence!), friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he recommended doing and why, provided an accurate written estimate within minutes, and then immediately completed the work on the spot.

The price was a little more than I expected, but the fast emergency Saturday appointment, phone contact by Braden to say he could come earlier, and the fast, professional and orderly repair process made up for any price concerns I may have had. Precision was awesome. Braden was awesome. He gave me pricing AND product options, and assured me of the integrity of my existing door, without trying to sell me a new one. Technicians were on time and did an excellent job installing the double garage door. It was completed in a little over an hour. Our garage door broke on Tuesday morning. Precision showed up for repairs that morning and we decided just to get a new garage door instead. Precision installed it the next day. Service is excellent and we would definitely recommend Precision.

This was definitely a 5 star visit. I had a broken garage door spring and called another well-know company. I was told the service manager would have to call me back later in the day. I had to call them back, only to find out it would be two days before someone could come for a late afternoon appointment. When I called Precision, the person who answered the phone had me scheduled right away for the next afternoon at the time I needed. The technician, Sean, arrived early and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and answered all of my questions. He not only repaired the springs and rollers, but checked and tightened every nut and bolt on my door. He lubber the rollers, springs, and even the opener, which had nothing to do with his repair. He went above and beyond in every way. My door operates better, and more quietly, than it did before. When I get ready to replace my old wooden door, you can bet I'll call Precision!

Precision was extremely professional from start to finish. I never met Sean, the technician, directly as I was at work but my daughter was there to facilitate. We chatted on the phone, he gave me a detail quote (wow I said, all that) and after I gave the go ahead, he completed the job in a timely manner. During the process, he called me with an update, called again to advise he was completed and my daughter was totally satisfied and both said I am going to be happy. We completed the settlement efficiently over the phone and my invoice was emailed to me shortly thereafter. Great Job Precision as now I have both garage doors (replaced springs, rollers, plates, bars and remotes,etc.) opening and closing via remote, which has not happened in years. Thank you.
