When I was searching the web for a garage door service company, I came across your website. I was impressed by the information contained in the website but what clinched the deal was Ms. Yeager's bio. Her being a teacher and her and Mr. Yeager's work in the autism community impressed me a lot. So, I decided to go with your company. Jessica who took my call was professional, courteous and very helpful. Sean, who did the job was very punctual, professional, courteous and had a very good sense of humor.When he ran his fingers thorough some parts of the garage door to find grey stuff, he asked me when was the last time the garage door was serviced. When I told him never, he, in a deadpan voice said "Please continue to do so sir, so that we can keeping getting your business!:)" He did a good job of explaining the problem and providing me an estimate. My technician name was Travis. He called 30 min.in advance. He did very good. In half an hour the repair was done. He lubricate the springs and rollers. He made some valuable coments about what needs to be done and why. I could not do everything but in the future I would consider Precision to do the job. Thank you!
