Sean and his helper (Steve?) were on time and very professional. Called ahead just like they promised and had everything on the truck to fix my broken spring. Since the motor was 12 years old and making uncomfortable noises, I opted to get a new door motor and mounting assembly. Sean explained the warranty details and I was impressed and comfortable with them. No surprise, I had a great experience with Precision Door last spring when they replaced the metal wheels on my door. My wife and I are amazed at how quiet the door is now. Would definitely recommend Precision Door again.

Service was great. It started with a notication the evening before our scheduled appointment. The email not only verified pertinet information but it identified the service technician that would be taking care of our needs. Great service! The repairman not only replaced both of our garage door springs, but lubed all the rollers, etc. and made sure that all of the nuts were tight on the door itself. He also adjusted the height of the open door. And all in about an hour. The door works so much better than before!

My service tech Daniel Berry was great. Gave me a less expensive options for repair but I wanted a new opener. Explained what caused my concern in a way I could understand. However I'm not at all happy with the accounting office. I called on the 17th because I forgot to give D. Berry a coupon. They said "no problem, Lynn will call you". I still have not heard from Lynn. No stars for the accounting office. Sorry.
