Brandon arrived on time to my house and he was a very nice man . He diagnosed what was wrong with my door and he explained everything. To tell The truth I felt sorry for him because it was 103°. I asked him did he have a card on him and he gave me one with with his name on it I told him if I ever had any more trouble thaf i would ask for him because I like to use the same person that comes the first time and because he did a very good job and I would refer him and the company…

The Tech was fine. He did his job and was courteous. The price I was charged for replacing th sensors however was exorbitant. 358$ to replace the sensors was too much. I tried to use a coupon and was told I couldn't. I had purchased a door from you a few years ago and was happy with it. But I won't be back due the price you are charging. I feel ripped-off.

I called Precision to fix a broke spring and wall controller for my garage door, as I had used them years earlier and they did good work. This time was a good experience as well. The repairman Brandon, was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard and did a great job. Good quality and fast service. The only thing I didn't love was strictly the cost. Im a mechanic but not on garage doors, but I know the value of parts & work and I feel inflation and rising rates made this job higher than it should have been. I would still recommend due there quality of work, response time and guys like Brandon.

helpful and knowledgeable tech. though felt somewhat fleeced. it’s on me. i agreed to a price. work was done in like 30 mins. i thought it was a much much more involved repair. had i known it was that quick of a fix with very minimal part costs i would have most definitely got other quotes.

Brandon was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service throughout his visit. We had a broken spring that he was able to quickly fix. But, we also had other concerns with the original install of the door; he quickly identified the areas of concern and provided multiple solutions for addressing. Nice people. Easy to make an appointment online. They did not charge me to inspect it, which was generous. However, the sales guys left our garage door disabled when they left late in the day, causing my wife to not be able to get her car out the next morning. (It was working before they arrived.) It took me a bit to get it working again. We will find another firm.

Contacted Precision for a warranty repair and they came right out the same day within a couple hours. Excellent customer service over the phone which is important. I was very disappointed in the price of $640 to replace a broken spring. I ordered the parts from Home Depot for $55.00. This quite is ridiculous.

Thank you for considering Precision to service your garage door. We hate to see we weren't able to work with you and that you felt you received 1 star service from the technician. We completely understand you can buy similar parts from big box stores or online, but they are not the same quality parts we use. The quote that was provided to you included two springs, extension and safety cables and provided you with a warranty. All of the quoted parts were likely not the same as what you were able to purchase and have installed on your door. Second opinions or cheaper options are always recommended, but please make sure you are always comparing each company and or parts equally. Please know that we are always here to help if you need us in the future.
