We needed new openers, springs, rollers, ect., basically everything except doors. My wife called Precision on Wednesday. Brandon came out today, Thursday, to give us a quote and wasn't sure he were going to be able to install same day. With a few quick calls to other Precision installers in the area he was able to find the right openers and material. Brandon installed two new system fairly quickly and professionally. They are a huge upgrade to what we had before. If you are looking for anything garage door related call Precision and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Precision and Brandon!

My garage door opener failed at about 0900, leaving my car trapped in the garage. I called at about 0910. Precision Door was able to get a technician to me quickly. By 1115, my garage door had been repaired. Outstanding service, on both the original installation 3 1/2 years ago and on this short notice response.

Guy came out and did not want to do the job because of pet which would not have been in there while he was doing the job and complained about smell. Well a dog lives in the garage which should not have been a problem would not do job

We did speak with the technician that came out to your property to better understand what was going on. He had zero problem with your dog being there. It is the company's policy to not put our technician's health in danger due to unsanitary conditions. It is certainly not standard practice for us to leave a job unless the homeowner doesn't agree to do the quoted work.
