When a garage door fails it can be a safety and home security issue, which is what happened in my case. I needed it fixed fast and needed it fixed right. There are a lot of companies to choose from, but seeing Precision had the Trust Dale Stamp, a great BBB rating (which I cross referenced on the BBB Site to be certain), I knew I had the right company to do the job. Same day service was so helpful so I did not have to miss more time out of the office. My Service Tech Chasen was great at explaining all my options so I could make a sound decision on all repairs and selecting the equipment which worked best for my home. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

I Give Precision 5 stars,our garage remotes wasn’t working, so Chasen Pike , your tech was sent out, he did a very theral check of the garage door and it’s components, then opened the unit and found the problem with the motherboard, he replaced the unit. I found Chasen Pikes to be very knowledgeable and professional,great service tech, great customer service , so he also pointed out a couple of things that needed to be taken care of in the near future, I will be calling Precision,and request Chasen Pikes, thanks so much.

I’ve been a homeowner 20yrs and I never had a garage installed. I saw the commercial and I called. The customer service rep was very professional and prompt. He took my info and scheduled an appointment the same day. That impressed me that I was able to get an appointment the same day. The technician called to let me know he was on another appointment but he would call as he’s in route. Low and behold he did that. My appointment window was b/t 4-8. He arrived at 6:20. He was very nice and friendly. He assessed the measurements of the garage and gave a fair reasonable estimate. I called my daughter to see if the estimate was reasonable. She agreed and told me to go forward. The technician proceeded to order the door . It should be in the next 8 to 10 days. I’m so excited that everything went well and I’m looking forward to the installation of the garage door . Initially we were told they didn’t service this area but the rep called me back and confirmed they actually service this area. We are in a very rural area but we have houses here too :). Thanks again for helping me and I look forward to the completion of your service.

I highly recommend Precision! The technician, Chasen, that performed our service was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic repair and installation job. He answered all of my questions and explained the repair, what needed to be installed, and why. For someone that knows very little about garage doors, he took the time to walk me through it all. Needed new springs for for our 25 yr old wooden garage doors. Technician was very efficient and called us to let us know he was on the way. Was equipped and stocked to handle converting system to torsion conversion system from old stretched out springs. Replaced all old rollers also. Doors are so quiet now and close and open perfectly. Good Job.

I will start by saying the tech, Chasen was phenomenal! Very professional and walked me through the process of how the pricing worked. I specifically chose Precision because of the great scores online. My garage door came off the hinges and the railings were bent. Chasen was able to repair my door by adding two new springs and fixing the bent railings. He even gave my existing door a good lube down and tune up after completion. Overall, this was a great experience I will definitely choose to use Precision again. I just hope it is not in the near future! ????
