Chris arrived on time and was very courteous. I showed him the email and he knew about it. He went to work and replaced the wheels and serviced the unit. He used the lubricant on the moving parts and they were much quieter. He did a very good job.

I spent about 1500 dollars with you guys one year ago. Y’all replaced everything but the door itself. Today the spring rod came out of the wall. Chris should up, recognized the problem, fixed everything and warranted it. I am so happy that it went that well. Our garage door broke on Sunday afternoon and we called Precision. The door could not be raised - not even manually and our cars were stuck inside. Someone actually answered the call and a repair person, Chris, showed up as scheduled at 8:30 am on Monday morning. Chris was very polite and identified the problem immediately. It was an expensive repair but he did a great job. We should be good for another ten years!

Called and obtained an appointment for service the next day. Technician (Chris) arrived on time and was very experienced with this kind of problem and equipment and did a great job of explaining the problem and the different options available to resolve them and get my garage door back up and operational - which did happen less than an hour after he started the work.
