This was a general maintenance call. The technician was timely, polite and efficient. He performed the maintenance, made suggestions of items that might need to be replaced/monitored, but no hard sell. Thank you for a job well done and done quickly. It's never fun on a Sunday when the spring breaks on your garage door. But I called Precision and was greeted on the phone by an actual human being who was incredibly friendly and professional. The repair was scheduled for the next morning. The technician, Chris, was incredibly friendly and tolerant of my two dogs who wanted to help. He walked me through what had happened and explained thoroughly what needed to be replaced and repaired. He was incredibly professional and courteous and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received.
