We experienced a series of issues with our Genie 2128 model from the time of purchase. Chris Karnacewicz worked with management to replace the 2128 with a new 3120 model which we have on our 2nd door and have not experienced any issues. As always, Chris was courteous and customer oriented. We were very pleased that Precision chose to replace the defective 2128 and replaced with the 3120. This convinced me of their desire for customer satisfaction and commitment. Thank you, Chris, for a job well done.

We have done business with them before and are quite satisfied with their service. This time when I called, they said someone would be there between 12 and 4PM. The serviceman was there at 12:10. The job lasted about a half hour and was completed to my satisfaction. Just waiting for my E-mail receipt.

Chris did a great job. Called when he was on the way and discussed the issues we had. Once he arrived he gave us options to repair and costs. The repairs were completed very promptly and I was emailed a receipt. Much appreciated.

Our service technician, Chris, was earlier than expected, very professional and educated us on the components of the garage door that needed repair. He was there to fix another company's shabby work. Chris gave us several repair options and estimates without pressure and without trying to sell us services that weren't needed. He even inspected our other garage door to make sure all was in order. I highly recommend this company and would be happy to do work with them in the future if/when the need arises.

I called. You sent a repairman, Chris, out to our home within 2 hours. He assessed the problem within 3 minutes. He showed me the problem. He fixed it and left within 5 minutes. Easy breezy. Very thankful for such great customer service!

They sent an experienced tech who arrived on time. At the very beginning of the service window. Not his first rodeo he installed a new motor, rail for an 8' double door, a key pad and new control pad in an hour. Replacing a 22 year old system. Quiet and reliable with lots of updated features. We're very pleased!

Thank you for a job well done and done quickly. It's never fun on a Sunday when the spring breaks on your garage door. But I called Precision and was greeted on the phone by an actual human being who was incredibly friendly and professional. The repair was scheduled for the next morning. The technician, Chris, was incredibly friendly and tolerant of my two dogs who wanted to help. He walked me through what had happened and explained thoroughly what needed to be replaced and repaired. He was incredibly professional and courteous and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received.
