I was very pleased with the whole process. Being able to book online over the weekend and have the operator contact me and tell me he could even come earlier than expected, which worked out perfectly. Chris was the name of the operator that came out, he was very friendly personable knowledge addressed the issue that needed to be addressed presented me with payment options And variety of services. It was a little bit more expensive than I anticipated, but it needed to be fixed and I was satisfied with his knowledge base and ability to correct the problem. I would highly recommend them.

Was pleased to receive a next-day Saturday appointment! Technician Chris called ahead while on his way and arrived exactly when he estimated. After inspecting our door, the motor, and structural components, Chris gave us 3 price levels of easy-to-understand options for upgrading and replacing older parts. Work was completed in about an hour. Extra kudos for Chris' positive energy and disposition! We experienced a series of issues with our Genie 2128 model from the time of purchase. Chris Karnacewicz worked with management to replace the 2128 with a new 3120 model which we have on our 2nd door and have not experienced any issues. As always, Chris was courteous and customer oriented. We were very pleased that Precision chose to replace the defective 2128 and replaced with the 3120. This convinced me of their desire for customer satisfaction and commitment. Thank you, Chris, for a job well done.

We have done business with them before and are quite satisfied with their service. This time when I called, they said someone would be there between 12 and 4PM. The serviceman was there at 12:10. The job lasted about a half hour and was completed to my satisfaction. Just waiting for my E-mail receipt.

Our service technician, Chris, was earlier than expected, very professional and educated us on the components of the garage door that needed repair. He was there to fix another company's shabby work. Chris gave us several repair options and estimates without pressure and without trying to sell us services that weren't needed. He even inspected our other garage door to make sure all was in order. They sent an experienced tech who arrived on time. At the very beginning of the service window. Not his first rodeo he installed a new motor, rail for an 8' double door, a key pad and new control pad in an hour. Replacing a 22 year old system. Quiet and reliable with lots of updated features.
