The motor turned bad. Called Precision Door. Chris came the next day within the appointed time and replace the motor which was covered by warranty, very professional and courteous.

This was a general maintenance call. The technician was timely, polite and efficient. He performed the maintenance, made suggestions of items that might need to be replaced/monitored, but no hard sell. I have been happy with the original purchase from Precision as well as the follow-up re: routine care. A well run operation all around.
