We had a little "accident' at our house and one of the garage doors was backed into before fully open. The result was a broken and bent door that wouldn't close, broken tracks, damaged panels. I called Precision and within an hour or so a technician, Cory Vandezande, was on scene. He assessed the issue, offered several workable solutions, and then got the broken door closed for the meantime. Professional all the way. Well done!

Had door installed 3 years ago and have zero issues until the wireless keypad began to act up. Called this morning and had a tech here by 2:00. Cory replaced the keypad and was great. Provided tips on prolonging the life of the door. Easy Simple Fast!

Highly recommend!!! Called late in the evening for my garage not opening. The tech (Cory V) arrived promptly - very professional and courteous. Excellent work and fast too! Over Memorial Day weekend my garage door failed and my car was trapped. Called Precision Garage Door and they came out within hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. Cory updated our 22 YO Genie garage door openers (2) with new torsion springs, drives, motors and controls and did a great job in less than one day. His work was excellent including removal of all old items, clean-up of the site, lubricating and adjusting the tracks and glides, programming cars and remotes, and reviewing the new installation with us. The new doors are almost silent - what a difference!

This the second time I used Precision. The second was as just great as the first time. Corey was my technician great guy very helpful and very patient. They were prompt on returning calls and they were polite and concerned. I thought their pricing was very reasonable and in line with the other garage door companies in town. I highly recommend Precision there are to many others out there but there not Precision.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Friday night, leaving us with no way to get our cars out. I made an appointment on the app, and Corey came on Saturday afternoon. The door is a custom, one piece 20' door, and frame is right against the side wall, with very little room to work. He did an excellent job installing the new springs. We're repeat Overhead customers because of the excellent service and knowledgeable technicians. If there's ever a problem, they stand behind their work.

Cory notified me before arrival on the scheduled date and time. He determined why the door opener remote was not connecting with the overhead garage door unit. He informed me of repair options and prices. Decided the best option was to replace the overhead unit with a new Genie unit and remotes. He was very courteous and respectful while completing the installation of the new unit in a relatively short time. Then he matched the new remote controls with the door opener button on each of our vehicles. We are again easily able to open the garage door from each of our vehicles. GREAT Job Cory and many thanks!!
