David arrived on time to repair my garage doors that another company failed to fix. He inspected the problem, found the solution and provided a quote for the repair. I paid the deposit for the work to be done thinking the repair would happen in a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when David called a few hours later saying that he had the parts and could complete the project the SAME DAY!!! He arrived at my home and repaired the doors. He double checked all parts of the doors to ensure everything was working properly. He went above and beyond he job he quoted me for. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to details. I am thrilled to have fully repaired garage doors!!! I also love the technology that Precsion utilizes. Sending pictures of the technicians prior to the job and simple iPad invoicing makes this a company that I will definitely refer to friends and use again if needed. Thanks Precsion!!!

I had two garage doors and one opener put on new house. They were installed in 2015. The j arm pulled the bracket off the door. The original installer didn't put the right arc j arm on. They sent someone out the next day to fix and put the right hardware on and to reprogram the opener.
