One of THE best service experiences I have ever had. Last night my 80+ yr old mother backed her car into the garage door, rendering the door inoperable. Having purchased a new garage door opener from Precision earlier this year (through Angies List), they were the first website I went to. I was pleasantly surprised to see that, even at that late hour, they had a live chat available. I chatted with a very nice person who was able to schedule a technician to come out the very next morning to at least get the door open so we could get the cars out, pending repair. I received a confirmation email shortly after chatting that identified (with photo and info) which technician would be coming out to our house. The technician, David, called about 20 mins before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was able to fix the garage door and answered my questions about the safety of the door after it being backed into, integrity of the old door and springs/rollers. David was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with Precision and have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending them for your garage door needs. We will be replacing our door and will return to Precision for their stellar, professional service!

My garage door had become unoperational after a thunderstorm last week. I discovered that the wall bracket that provided mounting for the spring was coming off the wall. I didn't realize it was not just an inconvenience but a safety issue as well. David came out today and discussed with me my repair options As a single mom I was reassured by his professionalism and knowledge. I will call Precision again!

I was absolutely delighted with the service. I called at noon, by 1:30 the technician had arrived and assessed the problem and by 3:30 my door was fixed. In addition to replacing the overhead spring and rollers, he also serviced and adjusted the motor and tracks. Door goes up and down almost silently and with no effort. Very polite and professional technician.

I had a manual electric keypad system that stopped working. I was going to go to hardware store and buy another one and try to do it myself but time is money so I decided to try these guys after reading their reviews on Yelp and this website. Glad I did! The came out early the next day after I called them. David was on time and called before he came with an ETA. Under $145 installed for a wireless system. The technician Daivd took his time and made sure all of our remotes in cars and manual one's also worked before he left. Very impressive company. I highly recommend. I live in Cumming GA

Precision Garage is an excellent organization that runs a very efficient operation with a wonderful office and field team. My installer, Scott Shaw, did an excellent job and was very professional and cordial. A service follow up was provided by another excellent member of the team, David Sweeney. Tim Jr, and Allison were awesome to work with. Allison makes an excellent representation of Precision and takes ownership of the entire work for Precision. I do not have enough words to thank her. David Sweeney was very professional, diagnosed the issue on how my garage door bracket failed checked every part of the door and make good recommendation on what to replace. I ended up replacing the spring and bracket and added keypad. Price is fair - would definitely use Precision door again if I have any other Garage door problems.
