My garage door had become unoperational after a thunderstorm last week. I discovered that the wall bracket that provided mounting for the spring was coming off the wall. I didn't realize it was not just an inconvenience but a safety issue as well. David came out today and discussed with me my repair options As a single mom I was reassured by his professionalism and knowledge. I will call Precision again!

I was absolutely delighted with the service. I called at noon, by 1:30 the technician had arrived and assessed the problem and by 3:30 my door was fixed. In addition to replacing the overhead spring and rollers, he also serviced and adjusted the motor and tracks. Door goes up and down almost silently and with no effort. Very polite and professional technician.

I had a manual electric keypad system that stopped working. I was going to go to hardware store and buy another one and try to do it myself but time is money so I decided to try these guys after reading their reviews on Yelp and this website. Glad I did! The came out early the next day after I called them. David was on time and called before he came with an ETA. Under $145 installed for a wireless system. The technician Daivd took his time and made sure all of our remotes in cars and manual one's also worked before he left. Very impressive company. I highly recommend. I live in Cumming GA
