I called precision door after i attempted to contact my formwr service provider 3 times and never received a response. I say former because Precision has definitely gained a new customer. Their response was extremely quick After calling precision, i received an email and phone confirmation and a technician came to my residence and had my garage door fixed all within less than 3 hours of my initial call. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even gave recommendations to ensure i properly maintained my garage door. I will definitelY return for any of my service needs and recommend to my friends.

I have used Precision for almost a year now. Each person they send out have been able to identify the problem and then fix it. Our doors were originally installed by someone incorrectly. Precision was the only company I called that would commit to coming out first thing the next morning to diagnose a problem with our garage door. Your tech Dave did a great job showing me problems with the door mechanism what jeopardy and over what period of time problem could/would present themselves, what choices you offered, the prices and warrant available. David the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. David explained and showed me exactly what the issues were with my garage door. I didn't feel pressured into paying more than I needed too since David had a few options available for me to choose from. I will definitely use this company again. But sadly for them it won't be anytime soon since they did such great quality work that came with a 7 year warranty. I will recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to friends and family..
