It is hard to accept that within 3 years we would have to spend $2000 across 3 separate “major” repair visits. Considering the original equipment was 12 years old it was time to replace the system ... springs and opener. But the one bit of advice I offer and recommend is that when you customer has an above average, “oversized”, heavy door — counsel that customer that they need a tune up every 1-2 years due to the size and weight of the door. Because after spending $1700 for equipment and labor ... finding out you need a tuneup just 15 months later is a REALLY hard pill to swallow. The service is good and professional. But still a tough thing to handle.

I called precision door after i attempted to contact my formwr service provider 3 times and never received a response. I say former because Precision has definitely gained a new customer. Their response was extremely quick After calling precision, i received an email and phone confirmation and a technician came to my residence and had my garage door fixed all within less than 3 hours of my initial call. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even gave recommendations to ensure i properly maintained my garage door. I will definitelY return for any of my service needs and recommend to my friends.

I have used Precision for almost a year now. Each person they send out have been able to identify the problem and then fix it. Our doors were originally installed by someone incorrectly. Precision was the only company I called that would commit to coming out first thing the next morning to diagnose a problem with our garage door.
