David, technician, should what wrong, parts wearing, bad parts, and something could wait but I made a expensive decision to replace everything he talked-about. The garage door works better now then on the first day I moved into my home 5 years ago.

I was leaving for work 8:30 am on 08.03.20, got in the car and the garage door would not open. Looked on the website saw precision door called the phone number. The person who answered was professional and told me she could have someone out today for a 59 fee that would be waived if I allowed the company to do the work. Dave showed up around 2:00 pm and told me was the issues were and what my options were. I picked the best option and at 3:40 pm my garage door is working. Dave was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use again.
