My name is Dustin. I've been in the garage door industry for a little over 2 years now and I've worked in customer service for over 10. I really enjoy helping others fix the problems they are having with their garage doors. I've lived in Georgia my entire life. I have a wife and 2 children which I love spending time with. I love driving off road. I've attended 12 Stone Church for over 15 years, and our family is very blessed to be a part of the 12 Stone community.

Dustin did a great job of repairing my garage door. He notified me 30 minutes in advance of his arrival and was professional and courteous. He explained the situation and quoted me the price before I made any decisions. My garage door is now working properly and quietly. I am very happy with the quality of service I received from Precision Garage Door Service and will use them again in the future if needed.

I called Precision because they were local and offed the $69. service call to be applied to job. The rep was very Knowledgeable and what I thought was a sensor problem was not as they worked fine than he said he could do a tune up on the double & single door he worked the double door spring for 5 min & spayed lublicants for another 5-10 min he is supervisor and spent most of his time on the phone with personal he's reponsible for for 35 to 40 min than said the bill was $189 per door and bill was over $300.00 which we paid. I will get a handy man that is familar with garage doors next time that I can pay by the HR even up to 100.00 per hr.

My garage door spring broke at 5 PM, and the door could not be opened even manually. Called Precision Garage Door Service at 5:30 and got a repair appointment for 10:00 the next morning. The tech arrived on time, quickly determined what repairs were needed, and finished the repairs within about an hour. Cars no longer locked in my garage! Efficient, courteous, and professional service.

We used Precision Door Service a few years ago to conduct a regular maintenance on our 2 garage doors. They were very professional and good to work with. More importantly, I did feel they tried to up-sell me on anything. This year I decided to do the maintenance again as I like to keep our equipment regularly maintained versus waiting for a breakdown strategy. I checked around to compare service and competitive prices. Precision was slightly higher is service cost per garage door but my experience with them before persuaded me to use them again. I also had some programming issues on my remotes etc. Precision came out the next day and I worked with Dustin B. as our technician. He was a pleasure to work with and was very professional. He resolved all our problems and at the price that was quoted when I called in. I will certainly use them on my next maintenance or any future garage door issues.

Although my garage now works, I’ve continued to find self tappers all over. Dustin complained of a hour and a half drive more than once, didn’t want to leave without doing work because of the drive,(apparently the Athens store is closed I guess because we are 30 mins from Athens) screws are missing/not even there or attempted. I wasn’t even going to write a review. But when I found 3 more screws in the driveway and around the cars, figured I’d let it be known.

Technician was horrible. Instead of fixing the sensor and sensor bracket properly, he just turned its direction in 2 minutes with his wrench. (He also advised me to contact Lift master for design improvements!). It only took 2 minutes. He charged me $202.23 for this work!!! When I googled it, the safety sensor alignment typically costs $75-85. The complete replacement of sensor costs $170. I will never come back to you and will also propagate this bad story.

Dustin was an amazing contractor and thoroughly explained the work that was needed to get our garage doors working again. We had two springs and Genie doors installed. Dustin made sure everything from the remotes to Apps were installed and working before he left. He was here until 8:00pm on a Friday night to make sure everything was fixed. I’d highly recommend this outfit with their great customer service.

I called to inquire about new garage doors and was able to speak to someone right away. They scheduled someone to come out the same day and he arrived within the window promised. repair man was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. However I thought the service was over priced. (re-aligned one safety sensor and tightened two wing nuts for $150). It took him longer to input all the information into his tablet than to do the work.

The technician arrived within an hour of my initial call for service to replace the broken torsion springs on my garage door. Unbelievable response time. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me a demonstration of a different, quieter opener. No complaints about the service. My only complaint is that I thought the price was too high but I needed it fixed and the technician knew what he was doing.
