My name is Dustin. I've been in the garage door industry for a little over 2 years now and I've worked in customer service for over 10. I really enjoy helping others fix the problems they are having with their garage doors. I've lived in Georgia my entire life. I have a wife and 2 children which I love spending time with. I love driving off road. I've attended 12 Stone Church for over 15 years, and our family is very blessed to be a part of the 12 Stone community.

We were very happy with the service. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and had our new keypad in and 2 remotes programmed in a very short time. We called them at 10 am and he arrived shortly after 12. That’s what we call great service. We will definitely use their service again and will recommend them to our friends

We paid $800 for garage door spring replacement on 10/14/22 for a 2 car garage door. I thought the price for the service was very high. Unfortunately, I researched the average cost for garage door spring replacement after the service was provided and learned that depending on the size of the door we paid 2 to.3 times more than the average price. do your research before the service.

Service was great Very professional, however , I felt totally ripped off, very high prices , will Not use precision door of Atlanta and if my friends and neighbors ask if I know a repair company I will Not recommend this company due to being OVER charged tremendously. I knew I should have done my research first before I gave the ok. I was totally shocked that I was charged $250 for a wall button , I looked online at several supply company’s and found the part for lab average of $30. What a rip off company! Ridiculous I could have bought a brand new garage door opener unit for a lot LESS

I have been using Precision since 2018 when I called about an issue after having another company who is no longer in business installed new garage doors and equipment and 1 year later when the system starting having issues and i called and they were out of business. Then I called precision and they were awesome and polite, professional and thorough.
