My name is Dustin. I've been in the garage door industry for a little over 2 years now and I've worked in customer service for over 10. I really enjoy helping others fix the problems they are having with their garage doors. I've lived in Georgia my entire life. I have a wife and 2 children which I love spending time with. I love driving off road. I've attended 12 Stone Church for over 15 years, and our family is very blessed to be a part of the 12 Stone community.

Technician was horrible. Instead of fixing the sensor and sensor bracket properly, he just turned its direction in 2 minutes with his wrench. (He also advised me to contact Lift master for design improvements!). It only took 2 minutes. He charged me $202.23 for this work!!! When I googled it, the safety sensor alignment typically costs $75-85. The complete replacement of sensor costs $170. I will never come back to you and will also propagate this bad story.

Dustin was an amazing contractor and thoroughly explained the work that was needed to get our garage doors working again. We had two springs and Genie doors installed. Dustin made sure everything from the remotes to Apps were installed and working before he left. He was here until 8:00pm on a Friday night to make sure everything was fixed. I’d highly recommend this outfit with their great customer service.

I called to inquire about new garage doors and was able to speak to someone right away. They scheduled someone to come out the same day and he arrived within the window promised. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and was very open and honest about pricing. He was so friendly and professional and not pushy in any way. He was genuine and very helpful. repair man was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. However I thought the service was over priced. (re-aligned one safety sensor and tightened two wing nuts for $150). It took him longer to input all the information into his tablet than to do the work.

The technician arrived within an hour of my initial call for service to replace the broken torsion springs on my garage door. Unbelievable response time. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me a demonstration of a different, quieter opener. No complaints about the service. My only complaint is that I thought the price was too high but I needed it fixed and the technician knew what he was doing.

My garage door opener had lived a long life and it finally wound down after many years. Dustin came to the house and was so professional and knowledgeable and immediately recognized the issue and went over my options. I got a new system installed and he showed me all of the capabilities after he finished. Great experience and great company!

Our tech was professional and on time. He called 15 minutes out and tried to troubleshoot before arriving. After arriving he thought he found the problem but had to go to plan b. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Although my garage now works, I’ve continued to find self tappers all over. Dustin complained of a hour and a half drive more than once, didn’t want to leave without doing work because of the drive,(apparently the Athens store is closed I guess because we are 30 mins from Athens) screws are missing/not even there or attempted. I wasn’t even going to write a review. But when I found 3 more screws in the driveway and around the cars, figured I’d let it be known.
