My name is Dustin. I've been in the garage door industry for a little over 2 years now and I've worked in customer service for over 10. I really enjoy helping others fix the problems they are having with their garage doors. I've lived in Georgia my entire life. I have a wife and 2 children which I love spending time with. I love driving off road. I've attended 12 Stone Church for over 15 years, and our family is very blessed to be a part of the 12 Stone community.

Dustin Bourchier came out to replace my garage door opener, he was the nicest, most polite and courteous guy I could have encountered. He called me when he was on the way and was there when he said he would be. He answered all my questions and programmed my car for me. I felt completely comfortable and confident in him and his work. I called on Friday and they sent Dustin out on Saturday, just like I asked. I will continue to call Precision any time I have an issue with my garage door. Thank you Dustin for such great service and for being such a great guy!

I feel that this fellow was a scam artist. He used High pressure tactics. He just wouldn't take that I could not purchase something, that he wanted me to purchase today. He wanted to replace the springs; the motor, and then he wanted another $125, for a service call, to tighten the screws that were apparently coming loose. He said he would take a post dated check (3 or 4 times); that I wouldn't get this good a deal any other day; that we can do it all while I'm here now. I had to say, an excessive amount of time: I can't do it today; I don't have the money; I have a check coming next week, I will call you then; I have a termite guy coming today that I need to have money for him (which was absolutely true). He brought out the box, thinking that I would change my mind, if he showed me the box. He first wanted to replace a whole panel. When I asked him if he could just replace the door with a new rail and rubber, he said no. Until, he called someone, and then it became acceptable to do that. This is why I don't like calling a strange company from an advertisement- someone I don't know. I will not call your company back now, after the fellow got me so aggravated. I turned from starting to like the fellow at first to total dislike. He had all of the indicia of high pressure sales techniques. If this is how your company operates, you will not get any recommendation from me.

I called Precision door to repair my garage door problems because I used them before and had a good experience. Today the technician arrived on time and thoroughly explained the problem to me. I needed a new motor and springs and now my garage door works like brand new. I even have garage door wi-fi now and can open and close the door with my phone. After having an inspection done (including roller replacement) and new openers installed 11 months ago at a cost of nearly $1200, the last thing I expected was to pay another $1000 for spring replacement. I was hoping that the loud noise the doors were making would be covered under the 1 year warranty. Having said that, the spring replacement work was done professionally.

I called to have a broken spring replaced but since the installation was 20 years old I decided to have both springs replaced and install a new opener. The installer suggested new cables and rollers which added only a small amount to the total cost. He was efficient and went above and beyond with the installation. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone!

I was disappointed that i was charged for tightening the spring when we just replaced the whole thing and the lifter less than 6 month paying over $1200. I would have thought it would last at least 1 year and least gave us a warranty for 1 year. So i was very disappointed that i needed to pay to get it tightened when it was not even 6 months old.

I had a problem with my door not closing so I called and they came out right away and found that one of the eyes was out of alinement and that solved my problem. This is the second door they have done for us and both jobs were excellent.

People. Don't EVER allow any company to come to your home with the policy of charging you a "service call fee" and a promise of refunding that fee if you purchase their product or service! I received a quote for over 1000.00 to do some garage door work by Precision. After the technician left I was so angry I looked up the repair procedures online, watched about 10 minutes of video and repaired the darn thing myself! Goes up and down now with one finger!! I'll install my own door opener later. A 60.00 lesson I'll not soon forget!
