My name is Dustin. I've been in the garage door business for 4 years now and enjoy every aspect of what I do from customer service to repairs. I do my best to educate my customers on every product we sell and install. I have 3 precious children and a beautiful wife I consider my life partner. When I'm not working, I spend every free moment I have with them in hopes of making wonderful memories for them.

I chose Precision Door as I was familiar with the name from advertising I had heard. I was relieved that service could be provided quickly as my husband and I are on the elderly scale and the single double garage door is heavy! Dustin Ridge was my technician and I was extremely pleased. Dustin was punctual, professional and respectful during the entire process. He answered my questions with patience. I felt fully at ease that he would fix my problem and be honest and fix only what needed to be fixed. He provided me a new remote and even set it up for me in my Equinox and in my Corvette. Dustin went above and beyond and made this experience pleasant, as I was dreading the whole ordeal. Dustin is a fine young man. Best keep him around as he represents Precision Door very well.

Our two (2) garage doors were serviced and repaired today by Dustin Ridge. We feel that Dustin did an outstanding job in repairing both doors. Dustin was very knowledgeable about our doors and their components. We had experienced a broken spring on one of our doors and the other door had not been operable for a while. When Dustin completed his work, everything works very smoothly, and I am confident that the work was done very professionally. I am a returning customer to Precision Garage doors and I can say that they meet and exceed my expectations every time. The tech who came to my home today is named Dustin and he was very professional and personable when he arrived. After he assessed what was to be done and what he recommended without any pressure to do all that he suggested, and what would be beneficial in the long run. DUSTIN RIDGE is an OUTSTANDING technician. He installed my opener years ago. Today he eliminated a squeek from the springs and also installed new rollers. Works and sounds like new!!! I had an emergency repair that needed same day repair. I was able to make an appointment online and the technician Dustin came out and was able to repair my garage door with no problem. I appreciate the prompt and courteous service. Dustin walked me through what needed to be repaired and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost prior to beginning any work. The price was more than what I expected, but Dustin went through the costs of everything. I had to have the repair done today and was glad Dustin came to repair it!
