My name is Dustin. I've been in the garage door business for 4 years now and enjoy every aspect of what I do from customer service to repairs. I do my best to educate my customers on every product we sell and install. I have 3 precious children and a beautiful wife I consider my life partner. When I'm not working, I spend every free moment I have with them in hopes of making wonderful memories for them.

Dustin Ridge did an excellent job explaining exactly what needed to be done with the repair and all costs associated so that there were no surprises. On the front end, he was respectful of my time and called to tell me he was on the way with an estimated ETA of arrival. During the job, he was very efficient and completed the work in under an hour. After the job, he was quick to have the “paperwork” ready to complete the job. Dustin was a very personable and respectful young man.

Dustin Ridge and Vince Patterson called and arrived on time very professional, well dressed and knowledgeable! Our door had a few problems, a couple that we had no idea about. Dustin explained everything we needed to know, gave us 3 options and he and Vince repaired the door fully! It opens and closes smoothly, more quietly and we don’t see daylight under the bottom of the door. They were exceptional, cleaned smudges off the door inside and out, personable and very professional. We will use and recommend Precision exclusively!! Very pleased. The reason I selected Precision from 3 Costco recommendations was because of their website. Everything I needed was there and I never had to call anyone. All done in an online Chat!!

Dustin, like all of your representatives, was so nice and very thorough. He never seemed like he was rushing to get to his next appointment. Took the time to answer my questions and teach me how use the equipment. I have never had a disappointing experience.
