I do my best to educate my customers on every product we sell and install. I have 3 precious children and a beautiful wife I consider my life partner. Dustin was our technician. He did a fabulous job! He explained everything that we needed to fix our garage door. The spring had broken. He gave an estimate to fix the garage door. Then I asked about putting in a garage door opener as well and explained I didn't have much wiggle room in the budget. Dustin was completely honest and upfront about which one to use and how much it would cost. He also told me about a credit card we could use from Precision if we needed to. Dustin took his time and made sure everything worked correctly. He spent time making sure I understood how to use the app on the phone to close the garage door. When the other garage door spring breaks, we know exactly who we are going to call and we will ask to install another garage door opener. My husband and I are thrilled with Dustin's work and service.
