My name is Dustin. I've been in the garage door business for 4 years now and enjoy every aspect of what I do from customer service to repairs. I do my best to educate my customers on every product we sell and install. I have 3 precious children and a beautiful wife I consider my life partner. When I'm not working, I spend every free moment I have with them in hopes of making wonderful memories for them.

Dustin was my technician. He called one hour before arriving and was actually 30 minutes earlier than the repair window, which was MUCH appreciated. He was training Michael, so he had help getting my garage door fixed. It was obvious Michael was not far from going solo as he was very knowledgable, just like Dustin. I called Precision due to their great reviews. My door was starting to get misaligned, and one of the cables was starting to fray. One of the two coil springs was starting to "wave", indicating it was at the end of its life. Dustin knew immediately how to remedy the situation. I had him install new 20,000 cycle springs, drum bearings, main bearing, and new cables. He also lubricated all moving parts of the door and the guide rail for the opener. The door is running great and is super QUIET now. While onsite, Dustin and Michael lubricated my smaller garage door and opener in the basement at no charge. They also gave me plenty of tips on maintaining the doors and extending their life. Dustin and Michael were incredibly personable and professional. All of the work above was done in less than an hour! I will call no one else besides Precision for all garage door needs.

Dustin was our technician. He did a fabulous job! He explained everything that we needed to fix our garage door. The spring had broken. He gave an estimate to fix the garage door. Then I asked about putting in a garage door opener as well and explained I didn't have much wiggle room in the budget. Dustin was completely honest and upfront about which one to use and how much it would cost. He also told me about a credit card we could use from Precision if we needed to. Dustin took his time and made sure everything worked correctly. He spent time making sure I understood how to use the app on the phone to close the garage door. When the other garage door spring breaks, we know exactly who we are going to call and we will ask to install another garage door opener. My husband and I are thrilled with Dustin's work and service.
