I do my best to educate my customers on every product we sell and install. I have 3 precious children and a beautiful wife I consider my life partner. Dustin arrived right on schedule and did a great job installing an opener on a garage door that never had an opener before. He even had the piece of wood that was required to mount the opener and a saw to cut to required size. He lubricated the new door and our existing door and programmed the existing keypad opener to open both doors. Also cleaned up work area. Polite and professional.

So far so good! Just got an estimate to either repair or replace two doors. The technician Dustin came across as knowledgeable, personable and genuine. I'm going to check with O'Brien for a second estimate but I'm pretty sure I'm going with Precision.

Dustin was my technician. He called one hour before arriving and was actually 30 minutes earlier than the repair window, which was MUCH appreciated. He was training Michael, so he had help getting my garage door fixed. It was obvious Michael was not far from going solo as he was very knowledgable, just like Dustin. I called Precision due to their great reviews. My door was starting to get misaligned, and one of the cables was starting to fray. One of the two coil springs was starting to "wave", indicating it was at the end of its life. Dustin knew immediately how to remedy the situation. I had him install new 20,000 cycle springs, drum bearings, main bearing, and new cables. He also lubricated all moving parts of the door and the guide rail for the opener. The door is running great and is super QUIET now. While onsite, Dustin and Michael lubricated my smaller garage door and opener in the basement at no charge. They also gave me plenty of tips on maintaining the doors and extending their life. Dustin and Michael were incredibly personable and professional. All of the work above was done in less than an hour! I will call no one else besides Precision for all garage door needs.
