I do my best to educate my customers on every product we sell and install. I have 3 precious children and a beautiful wife I consider my life partner. When I'm not working, I spend every free moment I have with them in hopes of making wonderful memories for them.

Back in 2012, replacement of an old wooden garage door was done by Precision. Over the weekend, the spring broke. Called on Saturday, and tech Dustin was here on Monday morning. Great customer service! Dustin had the job completed in no time! He's a great tech with a wonderful personality! He answered all my questions, and explained exactly what needed to be done. Our door was having issues & I called this morning to schedule a repair. I was told that Dustin would be in my area between 10 & 2 today & would call me when he was heading my way, which he did. He determined the problem immediately & repaired the door quickly. I was VERY impressed with him & the work. I definitely recommend Precision Door for all garage door needs. This isn't my first time calling & having excellent results with them!!

Dustin came out for our garage door spring repair, and did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgable on what he was doing and fixed our door quickly. He was able to explain what we needed and why, and also gave us tips on brands and models we should avoid and ones we should consider when looking to upgrade our second door. Dustin arrived right on schedule and did a great job installing an opener on a garage door that never had an opener before. He even had the piece of wood that was required to mount the opener and a saw to cut to required size. He lubricated the new door and our existing door and programmed the existing keypad opener to open both doors. Also cleaned up work area. Polite and professional.
