The tech was on time & professional. That said, in retrospect I would not have scheduled the maintenance service. The door was working fine and all he did was spray some silicon based lubricant and verify the door was working fine. It was not worth the spend for the service.

Jacob Mikelson assessed quickly and recomended 3 best solution option. Needed a new Liftmaster belt drive opener. He and his assisted had the part. It was an upgrade to my old opener and had additional camera and wifi features. Once installed , in about an hour, the opener was smooth and more balanced than before. Jacob verified the new Liftmaster would work with the existing door to ensure the approximately 15 year warranty I greatly appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, and explanation of my new device and its operation. I highly recommend Precision for garage door installs and maintenance.

I went online to find an garage door opener installer, and Precision is the first one to come up, so I decided to call and get an estimate, the person was so nice and helpful, I decided go with them, 2 days later they came out to put the opener on, the guy was so nice and helpful, he fixed any problems we had, he had my opener put up in no time at all.

I contacted Precision on a weekend and was immediately greeted with great customer service over the phone. I had a technician at my home within 2 hours. Jacob quickly identified and diagnosed the problem with my broken garage door and explained my choices. He was knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He had my garage door job complete within 20 min of starting and he provided such good customer service throughout the entirety of the time at my home. Although I hope to never need a garage repair again, if I ever have one I will be contacting Precision.

The garage door began opening, then closing intermittently. Jacob did an excellent job sleuthing and discovered a loose wire. Problem fixed! Sidebar: Precision installed a new door this past December and did a great job making sure the fit was perfect, without any cracks for bugs to creep through. I definitely recommend Precision door.
