I like Precisions website with all the information including the employee bio, the list of garage door manufacturers Precision sells, the helpful videos and of course the $200 coupon helped. From the initial estimate, ordering, schedule install & finally the installation went very smooth. Jeff the technician who installed the garage door was very professional & an asset to Precision. He explained everything at the end. He was very organized all the way to the clean up & how to lubricate the areas of the door. Jason came out to give me an estimate & answered all my questions. I did not hesitate to call him back with more questions. He was very detailed on the estimates so I could decide which door to purchase. I will recommend Precision to our friends.

High marketing on television makes you more visible and attractive when seeking garage door repair. No need to really search for more. When you advertise this much it could be positive or negative for the company. Positive because you're the 1st reminder when seeking out such jobs and negative because your work reflects your credibility. One wrong turn and negative viral marketing could affect your business extremely. A company willing to take that risk is worth taking a risk with. 2 days in, so far, so good.

I got the works! Two new doors, all new rails and components, new motors, etc. I love my new doors! They are quiet, smooth, and beautiful! The guys came on-time, worked quietly and quickly, and were very nice and professional! Precision is the company to go with, and I'm so glad I did!

Great service and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them to everybody! O’ryan was the gentleman who came out for the estimate. He talked through everything with me and made it an easy process. I had to switch my install time and Carlos got me switched and offered additional times after I rescheduled just to see if another time fit my schedule better. The guys who did the instal were quick and called me before they arrived. Great experience!! Overall 10/10.

The price was good, they were on time, and replaced our old door in just 1-1/2 hours. It looks good, is quieter than the old door and seals perfectly. Our old door was made of wood panels and over time the springs lifted the ends up and the opener pushed the center section down, resulting in gaps at the ends and lots of mice in the garage.

I called several garage door companies to come and provide a quote for a new door, all of which never showed or called. My last call was to Precision. Jason the sales consultant showed up on time, measured and provided samples and options for me to choose from. He explained the products, services and installation steps and was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Once my installer came and began work I knew he was going to have a hard time due to the low clearance, but he worked diligently and professionally and overcame some challenges others would have walked away from. He clearly had the customer experience in mind and never gave up. Thank you Precision from consulting to install you guys were Fantastic! My door looks and functions great and I highly recommend your services and products!

Salesman was knowledgeable & very businesslike. He represented His company & products well. The installer was prompt & obviously experienced. He disassembled the old door, installed the new door, tested everything, removed all old materials & cleaned both the job site & the newly installed door. We could not have been more satisfied from the very first phone call to the last minute of install. All the personnel have been extremely helpful and very professional. The follow up on every timeline was exact. Calls and email on all confirmation. The employees always presented in uniforms, and marked vehicles. We had 3 quotes from 3 companies that carry a variety of doors. We felt like the Haas door was the best choice for us on replacement and Precision was the best company . We had 3 wood doors replaced that were 24 years old. I’m a hard sell generally, but they did their job! One of the most important aspects of running a company is making sure who you have representing your company when answering the phone. That can make or break you instantly. They passed the test , and then the sales call test. Their salesman was professional, and not pushy. He explained every detail and did not try to upsale me on products. I appreciated that so much. The installer was precise on every detail. It was a big job removing all the old to install all the new doors, springs, hardware and openers. He never stopped to even take a break. You have some really great employees working for your company! Do yourself a favor and call Precision today ! You will not regret it!

Our experience with Precision Door was excellent. The salesman Orion was very thorough and followed up to see if I had any additional questions. Something a competitor failed to do. The installation was perfect and the installer Jeff was very knowledgeable and once again thorough and detail oriented. The doors are beautiful and Precision was excellent to work with.

Everything went smoothly from the sales to install. Orion Smith as the sales person was outstanding. He was very patient and always answered my texts and emails promptly with on point responses. These responses helped shape my decision to go with Precison Garage Door over few other great competitors. Visiting the showroom was also very helpful in finalizing our choices for the garage doors and windows. Most competitors don’t have a showroom.... Tyler and Jeff as installers came on time and were extremely efficient. They took time to answer all our questions and provided several helpful insights on the operation of the garage doors. The whole experience was awesome and we would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who is considering replacing their garage doors!
