I don't believe in "perfect" scores because I always think there is room for improvement. BUT these guys deserve a 5 star rating! From the initial assessment for new garage doors with Orion, to the actual installation with Jeff, these guys were extremely professional. Orion showed me all the options available and didn't "push" to upsell me. The installer, Jeff, was on time and incredibly organized. Install went without a hitch despite him having to lower one rail system to avoid the possibility of it rubbing a gas pipe. I would highly recommend this company.

Just an all around positive experience. Precision offered the best price for a high quality product. Installation was done in a few hours and the installer was polite and professional, with full explanation of how everything functioned. The best compliment I can give someone is that I would have them do work for my mama. These guys meet that criterion. I do not believe we could have made a better choice.

Installation was performed in a timely manner and two our satisfaction. All trash was removed and cleanup was perfect. Installer explained how our new garage door opener that was mounted on the side worked, etc., hopefully I retained some of it!
