Fantastic. Just amazing. A technician was at our house within 45 minutes of me calling the office. Our garage door system is unique and the technician was able to quickly diagnose the main issue with our door while also pointing out potential issues. When they were finished the door worked better and quieter than it ever has.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. They were able to respond very quickly and called with a heads up when they were en route. I chose Precision Door Service when I had bought a new home, looking at its high ratings and reviews on local ratings sites. I like that the company allows me to have the same technician come every time. After previous routine inspection, I called when one of my two tension springs broke. I got a prompt response from my technician, who gave me three options as to scope of repair/replacement at three price points. I am very pleased with the company's service and would highly recommend its services to anyone in need of garage door maintenance and repair.

Our techs were professional and friendly and they provided fast service and replacement of the rollers. Our garage door was making a loud popping sound when it was raised. While they were inspection our problem door they noticed a couple of big problems on the second door. So, they repaired both doors and lubricated all of the hinges. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door work!

So pleased and giddy that my car is free again! A spring broke on the garage door around 5:00pm yesterday and the spring has been replaced and I’m back in business. Calling for service was super easy even after 5pm. Around 9pm I noticed an email confirmation had come that I failed to see earlier and it had the wrong appt time. To my surprise, it said they will answer the phone 24/7 so I called. The original rep noticed she hit the wrong time too and had already fixed it, but I was so glad someone answered the phone so I wouldn’t wonder about the actual time of the appt. Jeremy showed up during the appt window and was super friendly and fast! Perfect experience. And to boot, springs were still under warranty (they were 5.5 years old) which was a pleasant surprise.

Used you before in 2018 for a total rebuild. This time after a power surge he noticed extra work that was very important and saved us from future damage! Our motor that was only 3 years old had to be replaced because of the surge and we get to use insurance! Thank you. Will call yet again when necessary and would refer friends and neighbors!
