Tech was good, on time, knowledgeable, and went straight to work. As explained to me on the phone, there is a service call fee waived if work is completed. The only reason I approved the work is because if this fee. We will NEVER (EVER) use your service again. We’re very disappointed with the cost given the very small amount of material/parts replaced and the very little amount of labor that was required. You could have charged half of what we paid and still been very profitable. You will never hear from us again and we will never recommend your service to anyone

Our technicians perform a 25 point inspection and present their findings to the homeowner with the recommendations and quote to repair the door. We try to give the homeowner ample time to review the inspection and ask questions about the quote. Jeremy is an experienced technician that has been working on garage doors for several years so he is able to perform the work that you needed at a faster pace than someone new to the industry. We reviewed the call with him to verify what exactly was repaired/replaced on your door and it included tracks, a jam bracket and a tune up. Customer satisfaction is our main goal and we strive for all of our customers to receive five star service from our company. Precision Door was so quick, easy and efficient. Saturday night my garage door spring and cables broke and Precision Door was there at 10:30 am Sunday morning. Not only did they fix it, but the fix made the door much quieter and will last so much longer.

Like most problems, they occur at the worst moment. At 5:00am my garage door wouldn’t open due to a broken spring. Having seen the commercials for Precision Garage Door I quickly looked online and found they have representatives available 24/7 to answer my call. They were able to send a technician out that morning. Jeremy was very professional in making sure the repairs have my garage door working problem free.

Jeremy was absolutely fantastic in every way. He explained all repairs in depth and explained all of my options. He never tried to upsale me, but just told me the options available to me. I appreciate the excellent and timely service provided by Precision. My repair was completed by Jeremy who explained the problem and also explained the repairs it would take. He also found another problem with regard to the link to the motor and I purchased the equipment to ensure the alignment was corrected. I so appreciated Jeremy taking the time to explain how things worked in the garage door and the purpose/need for significant items. Same day repair is an excellent service provided by your company.
