My name is Michael Ottosen. I am a technician for Precision Garage Door Service. I have been here a little over a year, however, my garage door knowledge dates back to 2000. I enjoy working with our customers and being able to repair and sometimes even rebuild garage doors, no matter the challenge at hand. I am single with 3 children, I enjoy sports, fast cars, good food, and working hard. I keep a positive spirit and a healthy work-life balance. My core values include loyalty, service to others, and perserverance. I am truly thankful to be here working with such extraordinary people.

This was my first experience with Precision and I was highly impressed with the entire process from scheduling to the completed replacement of my garage door springs. A technician (Mike O.) was ringing my doorbell after only a few hours from my initial call. Kudos to Mike for his professionalism and willingness to take the time to explain my options, he was very knowledgeable of all products and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend and would personally use Precision again if I had additional issues with my garage door.

Precision has my recommendation. Michael Otteson did an excellent job installing my new garage door opener. He was very personable and explained the difference of repairing the old one (which is no longer made) or purchasing a new one. He was always on time and called to let me know when he would arrive. He also programed my car to open the garage door which was greatly appreciated. He has "thumbs up" from a Snellville home owner who will call on him again if the need arises.

After reading the reviews and selecting to use Precision Doors I initially thought my review would not be a 5-star review. However although my tech was late due to an unavoidable situation once he arrived I found myself pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and the can do attitude of the technician Michael. Michael provided professional , knowledgeable and courteous service. Although the job went late into the night he stayed until the job was complete I would highly recommend Precision Door for anyone finding themselves in need of the service
