Service was super fast. Called Friday afternoon and had an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Technician was on time, quickly recognized what was wrong with our garage door, repaired it, also greased the springs and cleaned up some of the wiring/connections. Door has operated smoothly since. My wife and a friend who was present both commented on how friendly and professional the technician was. Would definitely recommend or use again!!

I highly recommend this company. Ryan Hudson was my Technician. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way as promised when service call was set up. He explained the issue with tje garage door opener Unit and provided several options. He didn't put any pressure to choose one option over another. I appreciate that. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to deal with. He also advised of other things that may be needed in the near future. Customer service with this company was on point. I was very impressed from the first contact with this company which in my opinion is a good sign of great training and leadership. Also, they are a Military Veteran Friendly company. I was between a rock and a hard place today. I hit the button to raise the garage door and the light came on, the unit clicked and nothing else happened. After checking all that I knew to do, I went online and searched for companies that worked on garage doors. Started a chat with the company. Within an hour of ending the chat, the Tech arrived. Ryan did all of his trouble shooting and nothing helped. I made the decision to replace the opener. He had one on the truck that I liked. Within an hour he had the old one down, the new one up, the remotes reprogrammed and the trash gathered and disposed of. Ryan was very professional in his approach to the situation. I am very happy with the service provided by Ryan and your Company.

Ryan H. was awesome! He called before arrival, asked questions, checked out the issue of our garage door, and was very informative. He quickly figured out the issue and was done in 30 minutes maybe even less. He also made sure everything worked properly and all devices were reprogrammed and shared info that could help in the future. All in all, it was a great experience from scheduling to servicing.
