Ryan H. was awesome! He called before arrival, asked questions, checked out the issue of our garage door, and was very informative. He quickly figured out the issue and was done in 30 minutes maybe even less. He also made sure everything worked properly and all devices were reprogrammed and shared info that could help in the future. All in all, it was a great experience from scheduling to servicing.

My garage door would not open. I went to my phone for repair company and chose Precision. The were out the next day and the door opener was inspected and fixed in about an hour. Once again, Precision came to my rescue! A spring broke on one of my garage doors on Monday. Called Precision and got a technician appointment for Tuesday. Technician, Ryan Hudson, arrived and reviewed the situation. It was a pleasure to see Ryan again after he had replaced the garage door openers in 2018 when one of the units failed. Ryan took time to explain the issue with replacing the springs and supplied an alternative solution. I agreed to the solution and within one hour he had both doors completed! Highly recommend Precision because of their promptness in answering the phone, scheduling a technician and the professional service provided by Ryan. Thank you, Ryan!

Lightning zapped our garage door openers. Called Precision the next morning and they sent Ryan just two days later. He went right to work and had both openers replaced and programmed in less than 21/2 hours. Ryan explained the operations thoroughly and assured me that Precision was there for me if I had any questions. I would definitely call Precision again.
