The 800 number to call was on the back of my manual on the Champion Garage Door that we bought in 2006. The 800 # gave me your service number. WOW! I'm not really sure what else I can write. Just WOW! I just had probably the best service call I have ever had working with a service / repair company. Seriously! My garage door broke yesterday. Old door... Old spring... old all around. I called Precision this morning to see if we could have the door inspected and get a quote for repairs, if it was even repairable. The company offered a service time between 10a - 2p (standard 4 hour window, right? I was nervous... been down this road with AT&T). I received an email noting who my service technician would be, complete with photos of ALL available technicians so even if there was a last minute change, I would be able to make sure the person showing up at my house was who he/she was supposed to be. First impression - good service so far. Sean Scheiern called at 10am and let me know he would be at my house within 20 minutes. Another good mark on the first impression list. Then he actually showed up on time! (Ever work with AT&T? This doesn't happen much). Sean introduced himself. He was very polite, courteous and friendly. I began to apologize for the clutter and dirtiness of my garage (an embarrassment for my wife). He was fast to put this worry to rest, commenting that most of the garages he visits are much worse and I "should see his"... (though probably untrue, it definitely increased the comfort factor). He reviewed the door and door opener. He noted the problem immediately. He checked the opener to evaluate the health of the opener. Though the units were old, and the doors were old, he made it a point to simply address the problem, provide the cost to fix the problem and didn't ONCE try to sell me new products! The price was explained... X for the new door spring, Y for the piece on the door opener and Z for the total. I knew exactly what the cost was... exactly what he was going to fix and exactly how long it would take him to do the job. SOLD ON SITE! He did the work... was great to visit with and was out faster than expected. The invoice was simple to understand and process, and was sent to me via email to keep in my online files (along with the initial emails). I now have a file on Precision... and will turn to this file ANY AND EVERY TIME I have a garage door issue... or am ready to make a garage door improvement. THANK YOU PRECISION! This is how a company is supposed to run. You can give clinics on Customer Service. You now have a loyal customer. Not that garage doors will present repeat business worth writing home about... but i will be sure to tell EVERYONE I KNOW about this experience and encourage them to give you a call when they need door repairs or replacement.

Chose Precision because you had a company/representative in the Forsyth County area; you offered a Military/Senior Citizen Discount and you had a five star rating. You more than met our expectations: Arrived earlier than scheduled & once on location Sean was prepared to inspect & repair not only the broken chain on one of our garage doors, but also after asking if he would take a look/inspect our other four garage doors he was willing & had the necessary parts to repair (although not broken) but replace the chain on the remaining doors. What a guy, Mr. Sean! An asset to your company, pleasant, courteous, professional & promptly went to work to take care of our garage door needs. Hats off to whoever hired him...capable of making a command decision. Will will definitely refer Precision to anyone we know who might need garage door repairs. Thanks once again for your prompt service and please pass on to Mr. Sean Scheiem what a pleasure it was to work with him. Sean was my techician who came to my home to install two new LiftMaster garage door openers on September 12, 2018. He not only did this installation swiftly and without issues, he added plastic rollers, lubricated the system and told me everything he did. I really appreciated that. Excellent service. The technicians did their work in a professional manner. They were asked to replace 2 broken springs of the garage door, they spent more time to balance the door until it's perfect. I am absolutely satisfied and would recommend to my friends.

I am delighted to rate Sean and his assistant an Excellent rating! They arrived on time and proceeded to repair my very loud and noisy garage door. Now I can hardly hear it ! They also returned the next day at my request to program the remote which I really appreciated. They left everything neat and tidy and in working order. Amazing service! I shopped around when we purchased garage doors a few years ago and Precision charged us half for the same exact garage doors that Overhead was charging. So, today, they came back to install a new keypad and to get a new remote. Sean was AWESOME! Hands down would never use another garage door company!

The people at Precision Overhead Garage Doors were professional and courteous. I called on a Monday to have someone look at our garage doors that weren’t opening and they had technicians out the next day. The techs (Sean and Steve) were on time and knowledgeable. They assessed our issues and gave us an estimate with two different options. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up after. Our garage doors finally work again and I can’t remember them being so quiet. I would definitely recommend this company!
