I reviewed several garage openers online and decided to use Precision Doors. Let me start by saying, my overall feedback is positive, but I always try to give balance feedback. So, the technician arrived within the time frame provided. My issue was a beeping noise coming from the opener, (it needed a replacement battery). He was able to quickly do that, but I was astonished by the cost of the battery (170.00). While there, he recommended servicing of both garage doors, another 129.00 each. I decided to do the service since he recommended that it should be done every 3 years, or so. I was pleased with the work, but a beeping noise ended up being almost 550.00 total with everything that was done. All of that said, I would definitely use and recommend Precision Doors again; however, I just don't like when one thing is wrong, and once at your home, other more expensive services are recommended.

My nephew recommended Precision. What a great experience! My garage door opener had literally fell off of the door. I was ready to purchase a new garage door opener when the technician stated "Does your current opener still work?" He proceeded to test it and found that it did. He only had to service it and I was charged for a service charge only. Being a widow, I am currently faced with companies who try to take advantage of that to charge me for something I don't need. How refreshing it is to do business with a HONEST company! I have already told friends about Precision and plan to spread the good news of this company when I return to work on Monday. And when I have problems again with the garage door of any kind - I will call Precision.

My entire experience with Precision was a 5 star rating, starting with Amy in their Customer Service department at 10:30 pm on a Wednesday night. Promptly my experienced technician Sean showed up on Thursday as scheduled and with professionalism, courtesy, and overall knowledge and skill went right to work on the problem and within an hour completed the entire job! Sean Scheiern performed the repair. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He educated me on the problem, made recommendations for the repair, and informed me of some other problems they would need to be addressed fairly soon if they were not done during the repair of the torsion spring. I went with his recommendations and my garage door is quieter than it has ever been. I am pleased with the service that I received. Great job by a good worker at a good company...I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the Atlanta area!
