We contracted Precision to deliver two new garage doors and two new motors, since ours were 20+ years old. The initial visit was only to have one of the motors fixed, and because the technician because was so knowledgeable and courteous, and the price right, we decided to get the new doors. He did not try to hard sell me into buying new doors. On the other hand, he even fixed the door for free until the new ordered doors arrived. Installation was done in a very cold winter day, and because of that I believe that we ended up having some small issues with the new sealants around one of the door and some loose frames after a couple weeks that needed a few more staples/nails,however both issues were taken care of eventually. There was some miss-communication in the process, but they were (Tim) very quick to rectify it. Overall, they were great. The garage doors look beautiful, the price was right, and the customer service was reliable. I would highly recommend their service.

I utilized a coupon to have my door squeaks and rumbles silenced, Your technician, Sean, called to let me know he could be early for his appointment which pleased my schedule and I welcomed him to arrive early. He inspected the problem and advised me that my spring was getting weak, but I declined a replacement spring at this time. He proceeded to change out all my rollers and lubricate all parts of the door which greatly diminished the offensive noises which prompted my call in the first place. Sean was respectful at all times and worked at a remarkable speed. You have a great employee in Sean. I would recommend your company for your services. *****.

I thought that my garage doors were working fine and just needed a little tune up but when Precision did their review and determined what I actually could use it made me glad I called them in now before I had a bad thing happen that would have caused some bigger expense in the future. This was definitely a 5 star visit. I had a broken garage door spring and called another well-know company. I was told the service manager would have to call me back later in the day. I had to call them back, only to find out it would be two days before someone could come for a late afternoon appointment. When I called Precision, the person who answered the phone had me scheduled right away for the next afternoon at the time I needed. The technician, Sean, arrived early and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and answered all of my questions. He not only repaired the springs and rollers, but checked and tightened every nut and bolt on my door. He lubber the rollers, springs, and even the opener, which had nothing to do with his repair. He went above and beyond in every way. My door operates better, and more quietly, than it did before. When I get ready to replace my old wooden door, you can bet I'll call Precision!

Precision was extremely professional from start to finish. I never met Sean, the technician, directly as I was at work but my daughter was there to facilitate. We chatted on the phone, he gave me a detail quote (wow I said, all that) and after I gave the go ahead, he completed the job in a timely manner. During the process, he called me with an update, called again to advise he was completed and my daughter was totally satisfied and both said I am going to be happy. We completed the settlement efficiently over the phone and my invoice was emailed to me shortly thereafter. Great Job Precision as now I have both garage doors (replaced springs, rollers, plates, bars and remotes,etc.) opening and closing via remote, which has not happened in years. Thank you.

I chose Precision based on their reviews and I am a first time customer with them. I am in Forsyth county. We blew a spring on the large garage door, possible cable was replaced and hardware needed tightened. Sean Scheiern was the tech that came out and after a quick discussion, he got to business on replacing the spring. We also purchased a garage door opener for the smaller door (dual opener) that hasn't had an opener for years, for $50.00 and it was programmed for free. I also used a coupon I found on the internet, that covered service call and included lube etc.. The door works well, very quiet and the prices were comparable for particular parts. There is a service call fee, a labor fee and then the price of the parts. We are a military retired family and didn't notice they did military discount until I began this survey, but I did save $50 on the service call. The service was fast, efficient, and Sean was a courteous tech. The spring he replaced the old one with, is a lot smaller, so we'll see how long it lasts.

I wish all service companies operate like this one. They send you an email in advance of your appointment listing the names/pictures of their people so you can see who will be servicing your home. They call 30 minutes before they arrive, are on time (in each previous use of their service too) and did the job perfectly. And, the owner follows up immediately inquiring if you are happy. Like I said, all companies should operate this way.

My two-year-old door was very noisy when opening/closing. Sean did a very good job in lubricating the hinges, etc. so that the door is much quieter operating now. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the fact that I had to spend about 10 minutes to wipe down the doors, inside and outside, to remove all the extra lubricant that was applied.

Problems don't always mean a bad contractor. In our case we had two new doors installed. Precision was recommended by a neighbor. They came out and gave a solid quote and seemed legit and we were ready to get the job done. They had a special on motors which made it an even better deal so we scheduled the job. Before they came out to install the door we received an additional promotion in the mail. I didn't think they would apply it to our contract but they honored the coupon and our deal was even sweeter. So we get the doors installed and they worked and looked great. I did have some concerns about some trim work and they sent out a tech to fix it right away no questions asked and a great attitude about it. Then the real challenge arose. About a month later one of our doors began to not operate correctly and would not stay closed and would begin to cycle again. It would take several attempts to get it to close. We called Precision and right away they sent someone out to fix it. That fix wasn't what was needed so they right way replaced the motor--we are very satisfied. Great service and great people.
