My name is Shaun Sewell. I have an amazing Wife, Leigh, and Stepson, Noah, whom I adore. All of my time away from work is spent with them. We enjoy anything outdoors (hunting, fishing, anything adventurous). We are Christians first and foremost, we love supporting our church & community. I have been in the garage door industry for 13 years. I am a former owner of my own garage door company, and now work for a company that holds the same moral standards of the company I once owned. I enjoy everything about garage doors, from troubleshooting, to the finished product. I look forward to working with you and fixing your garage door. God bless.

Shaun Sewell was my precision technician. Besides being prompt and informing me when he would get there, he was courteous, very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He clearly and precisely explained exactly what I would need what had to be replaced what had to be replaced nd gave me a variety of options from which to choose what I wanted to do. There's no doubt in my mind that I will be using Precision again for servicing my garage door and that Shaun was a superb representative for the company.

We called Precision to fix our garage door and were delighted from the initial contact by phone all the way through the process. Shawn called on his way, arrived on time, and was extremely professional. He did a diagnostic on the door and then thoroughly explained 4 different options to correct our problems. He worked quickly and resolved all of our issues, then walked us through what he had done and made certain we were totally satisfied prior to leaving. We will be calling Precision again! Excellent service!!!!

On a holiday weekend, I called the company that installed my garage door opener to repair it....after having it for 11 months. They came and charged me an "emergency" fee, and worked on it for 15 minutes. It worked for one day....when I called again, they said they could not come back for four days. I called Precision and they arrived two hours earlier than estimated. Shaun checked the entire door, found the problem and fixed it. I was very impressed with the professional attitude of each person I dealt with, and their courtesy and concern was very much appreciated. They have my heartfelt FIVE star rating !

You must use Precision for your garage door service. Made an appointment and was serviced the same day. Shaun knows his stuff and made all the right recommendations to get us exactly what we needed. A garage door doesn’t last forever, and after 20 years ours needed many new parts! DONE and finishes in an hour. Quiet and Smooth. Happy Anniversary to my wife! Ha.

New opener faster, quieter; old opener was not sized properly for door and burned the motor. New opener is much better and was repaired same day. Sean was very professional and explained everything very clearly.

It is no fun to find out you cannot get out of your garage in the morning. I called Precision on a Monday morning and they had an installer at my house an hour before the window. The installer called a half an hour before arrival. I was very impressed how kind and patient the installer was with my questions. Shawn explained everything and gave me a price before doing the work. I highly recommend Precision, and hope you get Shawn!

Had a damaged door evaluated to determine if it had to be completely replaced or just a few panels. Shaun was highly professional and very knowledgeable. He gave options on how to correct the problem and explained the pros and cons. Very efficient process from start to finish. I trusted the reviews online and am pleased with the results. It became apparent, given the age of our doors, that new doors were more economical than continually repairing our 30 year old ones. Actually heard about Precision on the radio and when my old garage door starting acting sketchy, decided to make the call. Called on a Wednesday and the service representative, Sean, was there on Thursday. Replaced one garage door opener on our two car parking space and installed a new one on our single parking space. Also tightened the springs and replaced the door rollers. The whole job took about 90 minutes according to my wife. Sean called me at work and explained the options. All and all a quality job. Just waiting for the invoice to be emailed or mailed to me.

I read the reviews and was impressed and gave Precision a call. The young lady who answered my call was very friendly and polite, she was able to get me an appointment the day after my call. A young man named Shaun came over, listened to what I thought was not right in the sound of the door going up and down. Found out for the size door I had there should have been two springs instead of one. I had him put in a new motor, two new springs, wireless keypad, and all the extra that needed to be added. He explained everything he was doing and helped me to program the outside pad and the remote in my car. He was a very nice young man and I would very highly recommend Precision Door Service for anyone that is having a problem! He also explained what the cost would be so I could make my decision without any pressure to buy immediately. That was much appreciated!
