My name is Tim Yeager. I am the General Manager for Precision Door Service of Atlanta. I enjoy all aspects of this business, especially working with our customers, so don't be surprised if you see me in your garage or accompanying our other technicians on service or sales calls. I am married and the proud father of three children. I am active in the autism community, educating and raising awareness about autism and programs, ever since my youngest child was diagnosed with autism. I enjoy spending time with my family, my charity work, and anything to do with the water (ex. boating & fishing). I look forward to meeting with you to have an opportunity to earn your business and trust!

I tried to adjust my garage door myself, without success. At 8:00pm Thursday I searched on line and asked Precision to contact me. Within an hour, a live person called and set up an appointment for the following afternoon. Tim Yeager arrived as promised and demonstrated that the control board was failing. My wife and I had recently been delaying replacing the doors and thanks to Tim's excellent advice, we decided that now was the time. Tim returned on Saturady morning and installed a new wonderfull - quiet garage door opener. We developed so much trust in Tim that we decided not to shop around and ordered HQ new doors and openers from him. We now eagerly await delivery of the best available. I'm sure we cold have looked at other suppliers but Tim's prices turned out to be very competitive. Price should not always be the first consideration. Service and trust is. I would highly recommend Mr. Yeager

Well run company. Called at 8am Sunday morning and a csr answered the call and set the appointment for the same day. Tim arrived on time and made quick work of the job. He had everything he needed and was done in under 2 hours. I hate that he had to come out on Sunday but appreciate that I can get to my meetings Monday morning! Working from home was not an option for me this week and precision delivered.
