I am a Dacula, GA native and love the outdoors. You can always find me hunting and fishing during my free time. I also love to work on cars and trucks. I have 3 beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with them and sharing my loves for the outdoors, mechanical things, and even cooking! I enjoy working for Precision Door Service and am so glad to be able to use my mechanical abilities to fix things. I love a good challenge and solving problems. When I leave a job, I want my customers to be happy and know their door was installed correctly.

This is the second time I've used Precision, and I don't see a need to use anyone else. Both times I had a very competent and thorough technician, and both times the service was excellent and the price was fair. Yesterday was a terrific example. My technician (apologies, his name escapes me) came because I'm about to do some major work on my home and wanted to make sure my door was in good shape ... except for the spring Precision installed last fall, it's been unchanged for almost 25 years. He looked over the door, track, wheels and motor and said that except for wear on the wheels, everything looked fine. His honesty and his handiwork (I had the wheels replaced and decided to upgrade the motor) were most appreciated -- especially the former. Big thumbs up.

Travis called and advised he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. When he arrived, he asked what the problem was and after I told him, he didn't immediately assume he knew the problem. He went about inspecting the entire assembly and found that one of the cables had become frayed. Also one of the struts had become fractured and needed replacement. I asked if we could replace one of the others and move the existing one to the bottom panel. He advised he could and went about doing the work in a no nonsense fashion, all the while happily answering any questions I might have had. I was only charged for the two struts as Travis said the cables were under warranty. GREAT SERVICE !! As an aside, as someone who retired from the utility industry, you should be proud to have a representative like Travis - great attitude, very pleasant, very efficient and very informative. Overall, a Very Satisfied customer experience. I will no doubt call Precision Door again if the need arises !!

I called on Sunday to make an appointment to have my garage door opener fixed. They made an appointment for Monday between 4:00 and 6:00. Travis Plemmons called a little after 4:00 to say he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous, and did a great job of fixing the problem. I would use Precision again.

Precision Door was prompt, courteous, and professional! I will not hesitate to use them again. The Garage Door Opener was purchased AND installed by Home Depot. It was their shoddy installation that failed in the first place and I had problems getting them to come back onsite, in fact, they never did! I contacted Precision and they were out there the next day, explained why the initial install failed, and rectified it better than before!! Thanks Precision :)

I was very impressed with the prompt, professional, and excellent service today. Travis is a fantastic guy! He gave us various suggestions on fixing our garage door and in less than 30 minutes, he was done. Our broken, misaligned, dented, loose cable, roller-missing garage door was working perfectly and gliding smoothly and noiselessly like I never heard before. I am the original homeowner, and even when we bought the house brand new, the garage door had always been noisy and shaky. I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone I know. Yesterday, the service person Travis came to our home to service our garage door. He was extremely professional and caring about answering all of our questions regarding what was wrong. Another company that came in to give us an estimate, required so much from us that we never called them back. Your rep was more than efficient - he was friendly, knowledgeable and welcome. Every company should have customer service like this. Travis did an excellent job installing my new Liftmaster Door opener it runs much smoother than my previous "Genie" door opener which only lasted 2 years......... that came with my house............ but as the old saying goes" you get what you pay for" after the installation he went above and and beyond to lubricate my tracks, hinges and etc. Good clean-up when completed job, very good work

Precision is undoubtedly one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of calling to fix my garage door. They are prompt, very knowledgeable, and have the best techs. I called them at 7 am to fix my door and I was off to work by 9 am. That is what you call WORLD CLASS SERVICE. The only company to call when you have an issue with your garage door. Highly recommend them!!!!!
