I am a Dacula, GA native and love the outdoors. You can always find me hunting and fishing during my free time. I also love to work on cars and trucks. I have 3 beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with them and sharing my loves for the outdoors, mechanical things, and even cooking! I enjoy working for Precision Door Service and am so glad to be able to use my mechanical abilities to fix things. I love a good challenge and solving problems. When I leave a job, I want my customers to be happy and know their door was installed correctly.

Prior to calling Precision I discussed a Liftmaster opener with another prominent garage door company. After a series of questions it became obvious that despite selling Liftmaster equipment they didnt know the ins and outs. The service department superintendent finally said: You need to call LIFTMASTER yourself...stunning remark! I did, and got my questions answered and asked for a referral---which is how I found you. And how fortunate that was. Travis was professional; knowledgeable; polite and gave me a real sense of comfort in the product. I cant say enough good things about him and what a value he must be to Precision. 5 stars to Travis! He showed me my cables needed replacement in addition to the new Liftmaster 8550 that I purchased (after much research). He told me features the former company had never mentioned and were obviously not aware of. I am really glad I called Precision and I am really pleased Travis was my installer.

I called Precision one day and they were at our home the next morning with everything on the truck they needed to repair my door, (which was installed in 1965). Our garage door opener motor died Saturday afternoon. We called you guys and got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I received a phone call about 30 mins. prior to the repair. Everything was explained to me before the repair was made including price, which is nice. It was done fairly quickly and Travis explained how all the new buttons and such worked. He also helped me program the button in my van. Thanks so much!

Very pleased with the work Travis did on our garage door. He was on time, pleasant, and took the time to show me what the problem was and how to open it if it jammed. I had a repair done last April with new sensors put in, then called them in August for an issue which they responded to promptly and repaired; and this time they came out and fixed the mount which had bent on the top of the door. Travis knew exactly what to do and did it complimentary! I am so impressed with Precision and when the time comes for a new door, I can trust Precision to do the job well. Wonderful group of people.

Travis was excellent. He inspected my garage door per the "Tune-up" coupon I purchased from Angies List. As it turned out I needed new cables and new rollers. He showed me the worn parts and explained what needed to be done. During this inspection he also discovered the lower panel of my door was rotten (Door is 20+ years old) He was able to get a new panel and installed it the next day. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The door works better than ever. I will definetly use Precision again.
