My 5 star rating are a direct result of three items; and those are: 1. Your showroom was the deal maker. We were considering three vendors for a new garage door and after physically viewing the doors in your showroom and talking with Tim ("Little Tim") Yeager, we were done shopping and zero-ed on the door we wanted. Tim's expertise and knowledge of the various doors, along with his personality and down home hospitality closed the deal for us. 2. Eric -- your installer convinced us that we made the right decision in going with Precision. He was totally experienced, professional and liberal with sharing his knowledge on garage door maintenance. And as a bonus, he spoke English. 3. Tom Smolinski -- your sales rep did a great job in explaining your service and the product line that we selected. Your team, as far as I'm concerned, did a great job - before, during and after the sale. One word of advice is DON'T LOOSE ERIC.

Guido and his team arrived to my house to install the new door. not only they were extremely nice people, very responsive and understanding, they were highly professional !!. They paid attention to every little detail and aesthetics on the door itself. Precision Doors of Atlanta installed 2 new Haas garage doors and lift master openers a few weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Precision, I know I made the right decision when I called Precision! I am so glad I chose them after getting quotes and looking at 3 other companies for our new garage doors. Guido was fantastic and came back a week later to tweak a few items and no one asked for payment until the job was complete to our satisfaction. The sign of a truly sound company! Plus, they let me use my credit card so I could earn points. The doors are beautiful, operate like a dream, and are extremely quiet, plus we are enjoying our outdoor touch pads which we did not have on our 33 year old doors! It was not an easy install and we live on a very steep hill, but no complaints from Guido or Precision they just got the job done. Also Tim, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful in our choice of doors as well as negotiating price. Make the right decision and call Precision!

I had my garage doors and new opener installed today. I am very pleased with the service that I was given and in how knowledgeable the professional was that installed them. Very professional, on time, did a very good job, made the warranty very clear. Doors look great. Just wish there were wider gaskets for the bottom of the doors for older homes who have a slope in the garage floor so it wouldn't leave a gap.

Learned about Precision on Angie's List. Great Service; good value. Our garage doors were repaired and are now quiet, run better and the parts look sturdier and operate as they are supposed to. The work was scheduled and completed promptly. We purchased a Kit for the rollers, springs, etc. and 1 new opener. Guido was very professional but friendly and answered our questions. Precision earns a 5-star from us!!!!
