I found you folks on line and just took a chance. I must say meeting the repair person Emilio was made the my situation a success story. KUDOS to Emilio! The moment he arrived on site I was professionally greeted and simply asked what happened and hoped no one was hurt. After taking a moment to assess the issue he asked my help to brace the doors back in place and he took over from there. We decided to replace our garage doors and openers this year. After quoting several different companies, we chose Precision Garage Doors who came highly recommended from a neighbor who had used them two years ago. We were totally impressed by the entire process from the beginning to end. Brandon, who came out and gave us our quote, was very knowledgeable and helpful. When the doors and garage door openers were installed, Brian was excellent. Although there was a small issue, it was quickly resolved by Rick in the most satisfactory way. During the process, there were text updates and notifications when they were on their way. It has been years since we have worked with a company that is so professional and customer service focused. We couldn't be happier with everything. We highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!

Your technician called before arrival. He provided me with the approximate time and arrived within that time frame. However, everything went wrong after that. He remained in his truck and stayed on the phone for what seemed like an hour or more. However, when he started with the installation he worked diligently. I have no complaints about his workmanship. However, My time is valuable also and because of his total disregard for my time, I missed an important appointment. Unfortunately, in good conscience I would think twice before I recommended your company if he is the best you have. A technician like him would give your company a Bad name.

Our two (2) garage doors were serviced and repaired today by Dustin Ridge. We feel that Dustin did an outstanding job in repairing both doors. Dustin was very knowledgeable about our doors and their components. We had experienced a broken spring on one of our doors and the other door had not been operable for a while. When Dustin completed his work, everything works very smoothly, and I am confident that the work was done very professionally. Cory called on a Sunday AM no less and arrived when he said he would. He was pleasant and respectful. Repaired the door and tweaked a few other things as well. Service was great. But shame on me for being too lazy to do the work myself. Had a $50 keypad replaced and the motor and track tuned up. Over $400. Won't make this mistake again.

I choose Precision because my sister used you years ago and I have seen your advertisement on tv. This is my second time using you in three months. I have now had my both my garage door motors replaced. I have found the both experiences favorable. I was treated in a courteous, professional and prompt manner. Erica, the customer representative was extremely accommodating. Both technicians Joe and Shannon were knowledgeable and patient. They provided full explanations of the problem and what was needed to resolve the problem. They made suggestions for future repairs/maintenance. I very please with the results.

We awoke to a spring on our garage door broken on a Saturday morning. We called Precision Garage Door and they said they could come between 4-8 pm. A few minutes later we received a text that said they could be there sooner if that worked for us. And of course it did. The service representative was very nice and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. It did not take him very long to get the repair done and we now have a working door. Thank you for getting to us much quicker than we thought.
