Installed the new door and the opener; noting that two of the panels had sustained damage, informed me that I would receive a call as to when replacement panels would be sent out. We used Precision Door Service a few years ago to conduct a regular maintenance on our 2 garage doors. They were very professional and good to work with. More importantly, I did feel they tried to up-sell me on anything. This year I decided to do the maintenance again as I like to keep our equipment regularly maintained versus waiting for a breakdown strategy. I checked around to compare service and competitive prices. Precision was slightly higher is service cost per garage door but my experience with them before persuaded me to use them again. I also had some programming issues on my remotes etc. Precision came out the next day and I worked with Dustin B. as our technician. He was a pleasure to work with and was very professional. He resolved all our problems and at the price that was quoted when I called in. I will certainly use them on my next maintenance or any future garage door issues.

The appointment scheduling process was quick and streamlined. Jeremy, our service tech, was prompt and efficient. He quickly diagnosed our doors' needs, worked up an estimate and work order, and got to work on approved items. He did fantastic work and was done in no time. He addressed the immediate need and started a baseline for future care and service. We'll certainly be using Precision again for maintenance and repairs.

Although my garage now works, I’ve continued to find self tappers all over. Dustin complained of a hour and a half drive more than once, didn’t want to leave without doing work because of the drive,(apparently the Athens store is closed I guess because we are 30 mins from Athens) screws are missing/not even there or attempted. I wasn’t even going to write a review. But when I found 3 more screws in the driveway and around the cars, figured I’d let it be known.

Victor was efficient and fixed our problem in a timely manner. Also very courteous and explained what he needed to do. A very good experience and garage doors work great. Backup batteries installed and doors cleaned and adjusted.

Cory notified me before arrival on the scheduled date and time. He determined why the door opener remote was not connecting with the overhead garage door unit. He informed me of repair options and prices. Decided the best option was to replace the overhead unit with a new Genie unit and remotes. He was very courteous and respectful while completing the installation of the new unit in a relatively short time. Then he matched the new remote controls with the door opener button on each of our vehicles. We are again easily able to open the garage door from each of our vehicles. GREAT Job Cory and many thanks!!

I used your company in 2023 to repair a garage door. One of my garage doors will not open, so I called on Friday and made an appointment for Saturday between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. No one showed up to work on my garage door on Saturday. I called again on Monday morning and could not find out why no one came to my house on Saturday. I made another appointment. Scotty came immediately on Monday morning October 28, 2024, diagnosed the problem and made recommendations. I had both garage door openers replaced and several other parts replaced on one door. Scotty was very courteous, very professional and did a great job.
