He went right to work and had both openers replaced and programmed in less than 21/2 hours. I had to get one of my garage door lifts fixed. And right from booking the appointment to having someone come over was easy and efficient. Thomas Botts was the technician who came and not only did he explain what the issue was, he also provided options and recommendations. Never did he force what should be done and left the entire decision to me. What I really liked was that he was prepared to address any option and get it resolved right there and then, rather than having another appointment to come and address the issue. Thomas did a terrific job in getting the work done and spent enough time to ensure the job was done well and even provide all the post work information. The price was fair and quality of the work was great! Highly recommend this business and Thomas!
