The assigned tech Joe found himself running a bit behind but kept me informed of his arrival time. He too was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My garage door would not open at all. I was very pleased to be able to have a technician come out the next day after I called. The technician was professional , explained the problem and the different repair options and costs. I chose an option and he repaired my garage door. I was very satisfied withe results. I was standing at the front of my daughters house and saw the truck with your sign, so I took the number and called, I explained the problem with my garage door to the person who answered the call. She explained to me how to get a technician to go the house and I made an appointment. The technician called me close to getting then his second call was to inform me of the problem and how it could be taken care of, I agreed and he performed the task and let me know when he was finished.

A real person answered the phone and politely listened to the problem I was having. She set up an appointment for the very next day with Justin. He called prior to arriving and told me when he would be here. He was prompt and diagnosed the problems immediately. He offered three different levels of repair. After having run into the garage door on three different occasions, I opted for the full repair. It was completed within 2 hours. Great work!!! I would highly recommend both Justin and Precision door Atlanta to anyone needing garage door repair.

Can’t say enough good things about Mr. Garcia, our technician. He repaired the damage to our track, did a complete inspection of the equipment and educated us on all aspects of maintenance. He even showed me how to use an app on my phone to open the door! Precision is lucky to have him! Will definitely call Precision again!

Good service call, but few things you need to pay attemtion to, technician did not ask me how the position of the openers on my wall , i want them in what order? He chose it without asking me, and the second opener, glass shows some dirt inside of it , or some dots that i cannot remove. Thanks
